Spring Retreat 2018

Schedule:

Friday April 20

5:00-7:45 registration

6:30pm Dinner (included with registration)

8:00pm Opening

10:00pm Candlelight meeting

Saturday April 21

Speakers, crafts, workshops, campfire, singing, free time to enjoy the beauty of Flat Rock and make new friends.

Sunday April 22

Program ends at 11am

*Heated Cabins, dorm style bunks. Private rooms are not available. No smoking on premises. Handicap accessible.

Meals:

All meals are sugar-free and white-flour free to the best of our ability. All meals are included with registration. No Sunday lunch. If you have special dietary needs, feel free to bring your own food in a cooler. Ice will be available.

What to bring:

Sleeping bag or bed roll (including linens for a twin bed) towels, washcloth, toiletries (please avoid strong scents), jacket, flashlight, rain gear, clothing, any special food requirements & OA literature.

Beverages: Water, tea & coffee are available. If you'd like any other beverages, please bring your own.

Optional:

Insect repellent, ear plugs, alarm clock, Comfortable chair with rubber tips on the legs, musical instruments, cards, games, beverages and, crafts, extra money for raffles for money, Binoculars for bird watching, hiking gear & fishing gear unwanted OA literature of clothing for the exchange. (Note: Please bring only non-damaged clothing and no underwear)

Refunds:

Refunds will be available until April 1. After April 1, only transfers will be available after April 1. A transfer is when someone finds someone else to take his/her spot and then informs the registration committee of the transfer.

Scholarship Policy:

A limited number of half price scholarships are available.
We request that any person receiving a scholarship be available to give service during the retreat.
You must not have received a scholarship for the previous year's retreat.
Request for scholarships must be made prior to April 1, 2018

Refunds

Refunds are available prior to March 31, 2018. Transfers are acceptable.
